Tropical storm-force winds, tornado reported in Plaquemines Parish

With winds reaching tropical storm strength, a tornado was reported moving through the Belle Chasse area this morning, where Plaquemines Parish emergency managers prepared for a day of steady rain and worsening storm conditions. Continue>>>
