South Terrebonne residents call Gustav the worst they've seen

For information about Gustav's damage in Terrebonne Parish click here. Yes, those of us in Baton Rouge concur. I've repeatedly said it in most of my most recent posts, but this raggedy low Cat 3 Gustav has wreaked more havoc here than the  7 other major hurricanes of contemporary storm history - Audrey, Hilda, Betsy, Camille, Andrew, Katrina, and Rita. We're not sure why  but perhaps storm experts and analysts  can tell us why this is so at some point down the road.
