SOUTH CENTRAL ORLEANS PARISH IN SOUTHEAST LOUISIANA...  EXTREME NORTHWESTERN PLAQUEMINES PARISH IN SOUTHEAST LOUISIANA...  CENTRAL ST. BERNARD PARISH IN SOUTHEAST LOUISIANA...* UNTIL 330 AM CDT* AT 300 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED  A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO OVER THE  BILOXI MARSH ABOUT 16 MILES NORTHEAST OF YSCLOSKEY...WEST AT 65  MPH.* THE TORNADO WILL BE NEAR...  VIOLET BY 320 AM CDT...  CHALMETTE BY 325 AM CDT...  BELLE CHASSE BY 330 AM CDTWHEN A TORNADO WARNING IS ISSUED BASED ON DOPPLER RADAR...IT MEANSTHAT STRONG ROTATION HAS BEEN DETECTED IN THE STORM. A TORNADO MAYALREADY BE ON THE GROUND...OR IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP SHORTLY. IF YOUARE IN THE PATH OF THIS DANGEROUS STORM...MOVE INDOORS AND TO THELOWEST LEVEL OF THE BUILDING. STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS. IF DRIVING...DONOT SEEK SHELTER UNDER A HIGHWAY OVERPASS.A TORNADO WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 700 AM CDT MONDAY MORNING FORSOUTHEAST LOUISIANA AND SOUTHERN MISSISSIPPI.
