Gustav batters Jamaica, expected to strengthen

MIAMI, Florida (CNN) -- Tropical Storm Gustav's winds and rain blasted Jamaica early Friday and the storm's path was expected to take it to Grand Cayman later in the day, according to the National Hurricane Center.
